Mission work is a vital part of the Wingate program. We are interested in keeping the Lord's command to carry the Gospel to the entire world. Our mission work includes support of Stephen Foster in Totz, KY, and World Christian Broadcast. Financial Aid is sent to Eastern European Mission, Korea, and African Christian School. Wingate helps support City of Children, an orphan home in Mexico. Wingate has maintained close bonds with those children which have been supported through the years.

When you see the huge trucks marked Disaster Relief, Churches of Christ, you are viewing one of the pivotal areas of the Wingate Benevolence Program. Many members actively participate in shipping and loading these trucks that are rapidly dispensed to scenes of destruction. Medicines are sent world wide trough Healing Hands International, Financial Relief for Appalachia is the purpose of Hilltop Chapel and Bread of Life Ministry. Wingate shows its love and care for unfortunate children through regular donations to Tennessee Children's Home, and A.G.A.P.E. Christian education is encouraged by support for Middle Tennessee Christian Foundation and support of Christian education at Ezell Harding Christian School. This same love and care is shown for the elderly through aid to Lakeshore Home for the Aged and Jackson Park Home. Twice a year a group of people from Wingate conduct worship services for the elderly at Lakeshore.
